Need a way to keep the sites directory in sync between different devices. Probably need:

[x] - a sites/sitename.conf which details that site
[x] - sites/conf/ to be in its own repo so personal config is kept seperate from HuMC
[x] - a hum task to git pull sites/conf/
[x] - a hum function to loop through sites/conf and git clone any site that isn't present
[x] - a hum function to check for and pull updates to sites

Used a per site .conf file instead of all in one, but done.
