META: Consider how Hugo Modules can be used to improve this project

Ideas:

• It should be possible Flatten site layout with source folders that map to where hugo expects to find source (see docuapi config.toml)

• Centralized content for all sites could be mapped into each site

  • assets like social media icons, images, branding
  • global contact details (email, phone, name etc)

• hum should auto create these mappings on new site creation
