Hi,
Add the folder and subfolders to the path. Then, try again.

Hi Adrian
I have issue with new DSE version. I have installed DSE v2,10 successfully, but after start of DSE error message pops up. It says that file: img/txt_file.bmp does not exist. Error in => DSE_v210.m at line 61. I am getting this message on three different computers. Previous version worked just fine. I have no experience with coding, so I am totally lost. I have used previous version for simple outcrop DS analyses.
Thank you for any help

Thank for quick reaction
I am slightly confused, did you meant path : C:\Program Files\University of Alicante\DSE_v210\application
Thank you. OR
No, if you installed the compiled it should not fail. If you are using the code and running in Matlab, you should add to the path the folder where the files are.
Hi Adrian, I encountered the same error message as Ondrej (see jpeg attached).
I downloaded the DS_x64_210.exe from https://sourceforge.net/projects/discontinuity-set-extractor/ like you describe on your website https://personal.ua.es/en/ariquelme/discontinuity-set-extractor-software.html.
I have installed Matlab Runtime 2020a priorly and during the installation DSE recognises the presence of Matlab Runtime and the folder it is saved in.
Do you have an idea how to get rid of this error?
Thanks and cheers Marius

Hi, I have sollved problem, by extracting DSE source data from https://github.com/adririquelme/DSE, to same folder where is DSE instaled from exe file. After that it works with no problems. I hope this is understandable description.
O.
Hi Ondrej,
that worked perfectly, thank you so much. Marius
Hi
I have the same problem. I have not solved the problem yet. Which "source data" have you downloaded from https://github.com/adririquelme/DSE?
Thank you
