We should do 3 cases:

~3.5*sigma in PANSTARRS
~6*sigma in PANSTARRS
~3.5*sigma in LSST

I meant:

3.5-sigma in every exposure
6-sigma in PanSTARRS total
6-sigma in LSST total

or maybe those "6"s should be "10"s
