Provide deeper iOS command behavior options #17

iOS has nothing that truly matches a command menu. We need to provide more 
elaborate means for defining the behavior of a command in iOS. Right now extra 
commands are placed in the toolbar but they can be added to a menu dialog 
similar to the one on the iOS device.

I think this is resolved by the side menu bar functionality.
