Add a "slide over" transition effect #18

Slide Over transition leaves the current form in place and animates a second 
form on top and then removes it. This transition appears when adding a contact 
in the iPhone.
Notice that when adding such a transition the transitions on the iOS platform 
MUST NOT use a mutable image for animation!

Its called a cover effect and its in SVN/server now
