RIM theme commands looks different between device and simulator #24

On the device the command background is white and so is the foreground, 
therefore the command is not seen, on the simulator the background is blue as 
expected.(this might suggest we have a bigger issue in theme loading therefore 
the priority is high)

I'm betting its just an unsyncrhonised theme/build especially if you use the 
build server for the build. Since we don't support native commands there is no 
reason this will act differently.
I updated the server so you can take a look.
