Add On-Off Switch For iOS/Android etc. #34

Android also added the on-off switch paradigm making this a standard checkbox 
like component. The on-off switch should probably be a checkbox subclass that 
is just rendered differently on platforms that support the on-off switch (and 
falls back to checkbox on platforms that don't).
