Resource Editor is opened modal from Netbeans #61

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Double click on resource

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Would like to be able to go back to java source without shutting down the 
resource editor, but it's opened modal.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

0.1 build 20120218 on Ubuntu 11.10

Verified in plugin 1.0.1 build 2012-03-09, can now continue to access netbeans 
after launching the designer, thanks!
