RFE - Add 'Up to DPI' to labels of the 'To' field in Scale dialog of Multi-Image editor

Similar to the 'DPI' dropdown on the multi-image screen, except on the Scale 
dialog.

Attached screenshots.. the extra info would help decide what size to choose 
when scaling.

Verified fixed in 0.1 build 2012-03-09, thanks!  I like the added touch with 
the physical dimensions too :)
