What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Simply create an app with a main form and deploy it to an ICS android device.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expecting one title bar, containing the title text of the main form.  Instead, 
there is a second title bar with the App name as the title.  This behavior is 
not present on Android 2.3 devices.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system and devices?

0.1 build 20120218 on Ubuntu 11.10, Samsung Nexus S (2.3.6) and Galaxy Nexus 
(4.0.1) and Coby MID7012 tablet (2.3.3)

I'm assuming this is related to the native menu bug.

I just installed a build to my ICS and the two title bars fix worked.  thanks!

Not sure if this is something else that can be fixed, but the second title bar 
does flash for a brief moment before my splashscreen appears.  After that it's 
fine though.
