Unsigned RIM Applications Don't Work #66

When submitting a RIM build without a signature the application doesn't work. 
This occurs because we sign with our own signature and insert a Dialog in the 
beginning warning the user of this issue.
This dialog is probably causing problems.

Chen tested this and it seems that the user report was inaccurate. This works 
as expected.
