Invalid manifest entry for J2ME build - icon #68

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Send a J2ME build to the cloud
2. Send the build to a nokia featurephone

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected to see my icon, instead saw the nokia default icon.  Clicking on the 
app resulted in a message "Invalid application".

By simply removing the preceding slash from the icon URL and rebuilding my jar, 
the icon displayed on the phone and the app would run without the error message.

MIDlet-1: example, icon.png, com.example.ApplicationStub

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.1 build 20120218 on Ubuntu 11.10, tested on Nokia 2760 featurephone (MIDP 
2.0, CLDC-1.1)
