SMS will fail every time. Some will recieve the sms anyway. #647

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Send a sms to somebody via BETAMAX
2. It will say it is sending the sms but in some cases the recipient will 
already have received the sms
3. It will say it failed to send the sms. In some cases the recipient will 
indeed not have received the sms.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is that it not say it failed and it will add the sms to the sms 
thread in the default android sms program as a sent sms.

I see that websms say it failed and it will save it as a DRAFT in the default 
sms program. In some cases the recipient received the sms anyway and in some 
cases not.

What version of the product are you using? "Last" is not appropriate. Make
sure you tell at least which app you are using. On what operating system?

version: WebSMS 4.2.6 Android 2.2.1
