auto-filtering International SMS to WebSMS (for cheaper texts)

Hello Felix,

I'm in Ireland and get free national text messages, but have to pay for 
international texts. Is there any way to have SMSDroid check the country code 
and send international texts with WebSMS, and national texts with normal SMS? 
For example:

(0)861234567 (Ireland: Normal SMS) 
(+353)861234567 (Ireland: Normal SMS)
(+34)123456789 (Spain: WebSMS)
(+49)123456789000 (Germany: WebSMS)

I assume a lot of other people are in the same situation, and international 
texts are generally more expensive.

An app called CSipSimple has a 'rules' feature that allows me to filter 
International numbers, so they use VoIP calling instead of my mobile credit. 
Maybe that would be a good way of doing it?
