Phone sending double messages since ICS Update (Samsung SGII - 4.0.3)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Upgrade to 4.0.3
2. Send SMS through SMSdroid/WEBsms

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The receiver get twice the same message

What version of the product are you using? "Last" is not appropriate. SMSdroid 
1.1.8
WebSMS 4.2.8
Android 4.0.3
Samsung Galaxy S2

Please provide any additional information below.
Bug reported for all 3rd parties SMS applications, looks like a firmware 
problem. Handcent has released a fix.

i read it this way: it's a problem with samsung's implementation of android in 
one single build. there are fixes out there.
so please use the fixed builds. i won't fix samsung's problems here.

I do understand. I just asked in case the implementation of a fix wouldn't take 
so long time, as Handcent and others have decided to quickly release a fix, 
even if the problem is in the firmware.

Point me to a fix and I'll fix it. I just do not have any spare time left for 
infestigation.

As I have a plan with free SMS I'm not so worried right now ;-) Let's see if 
Samsung comes up with a fix.
