click on the upper left icon won't show the toast with the provider credits

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. try to click on the icon in the upper left corner

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Within the version 4.2.8 a click brought up a toast which shows the provider 
credits. This behaviour won't work anymore with version 4.4.1. It is really 
annoying when one have more than 2 providers, since the scrolling of the 
provider credit line won't work too. Maybe the latter depends on GB <-> ICS

Websms 4.4.1 shows the misbehaviour on GB 2.3.6 as well as on ICS 4.0.4.
On GB 2.3.6 Websms 4.2.8 both feature works well, on ICS 4.0.4 only the icon 
click works with Websms 4.2.8
