SMS sending fails

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to send WebSMS via sipgate.de

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
ERROR

What version of the product are you using? "Last" is not appropriate. Make
sure you tell at least which app you are using. On what operating system?
WebSMS v4.4.1
WebSMS Connector Sipgate v1.4.2
Android v4.0.3

Please provide any additional information below.
the login procedure works. the connector gets my current balance, just the sms 
sending fails with printing ERROR the screen.

please provide logs from that error from within websms' settings.
add a note to the mail to point me to this issue.

please note: there is currently no active maintainer for this connector 
available. it might be impossible to to it.

i've sent you the log via email. the problem doesn't seem to be with the 
connector, it seems there is a websms problem. i've tried several different 
connectors and all fail due to the same error (balance is received but sending 
fails with ERROR).
