Saving pictures from MMS within SMSdroid #729

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Reading MMS with SMSdroid
2. Long press on an image

What is the expected output?
Is would expect/prefer to see a dialog asking if I want to save and to which 
path and filename I want to save.

What do you see instead?
Instead it saves the picture without confirmation to /mnt/sdcard/mms.jpg
If there is saved a picture previously it will save as mms-X.jpg. But it 
doesn't state which name it uses for saving. It always says, saved as mms.jpg
Neither does it tell the specific path that it saves to. Just that it saves to 
SD card.

What version of the product are you using? "Last" is not appropriate. Make
sure you tell at least which app you are using. On what operating system?
SMSdroid v.1.3.2 on Android 4.0.4 (SE Xperia Ray 4.1.B.0.431)
