No saldo with voipcheap on betamax connector #741

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install and send sms through betamax connector
sending works fine but saldo does not show

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Valid current Saldo, instead I see a questionmark

What version of the product are you using? "Last" is not appropriate. Make
sure you tell at least which app you are using. On what operating system?
WebSMS 4.5
