Recipient name not visible with dark theme #742

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start WEBSMS with the dark theme
2. Type a name of a contact and select one from the menü
3. The text is there but seems to have the same color as the background which 
makes it hard to read

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Previously I was able to see the recipient name in the same color as the "Name 
or Number" which is the standard value when opening the app

What version of the product are you using? "Last" is not appropriate. Make
sure you tell at least which app you are using. On what operating system?
WEBSMS 4.5 with CherrySMS Connector (though the connector should have nothing 
to do with this). Running a Galaxy S2 with CM 9.1.0, so Android 4.0.4.
Picture_1 shows the app when just started. "Name or Number" is clearly visible. 
Picture_2 is a webcam photo showing that I typed something, have the selection 
menu available, but already nothing in the recipient field. Picture_3 shows the 
interface after I selected a contact (notice the missing "Name or Number" 
indicating that something has been entered) 

Please provide any additional information below.
