Websms doesnt update credit balance

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Refreshing

What is the expected output? 
Updated betamax balance
What do you see instead?
A '?' 

What version of the product are you using? "Last" is not appropriate.
Happens on all versions for a while already. 
 Make
sure you tell at least which app you are using. On what operating system?
Websms on android 4 using Samsung galaxy s3

Please provide any additional information below.
Tried changing betamax provider domain name from www.smsdiscount.com to 
sip.smsdiscount.com with no result.

Almost all of the providers disabled balance checks. See 
http://code.google.com/p/websmsdroid/wiki/BetamaxProviderSupport for more 
information.
