old user with paypal donation #765

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Opening app brings ads
2. Downloaded donor app and provided PayPal id
on the website.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? "Last" is not appropriate. Make
sure you tell at least which app you are using. On what operating system?

Version current on 30 Dec 2012

well, i asked you to update your data one or two months ago, because the new 
donation app is doing an offline check.
the attached app should do the work.
