Store SMS only when submitted succesfull #767

Actually, SMS are stored global when I click on send. Even if the sms isn't 
send succesfully.

It would be great if the app stores the sms only when there is no error 
message. 

I use the 4.1.2 stock sms app (cm10)

until the message is sent, it is saved as draft in the database.
the stock sms app or smsdroid should show the difference.
