counter / countdown for free GSM (normal) SMS every month #785

[WebSMS version 4.5.3]

There should be a countdown for free GSM SMS, when there is a fixed number of 
text messages included in the mobile plan. For instance 10 or 150 messages per 
month.

This number should be reset to maximum at the first launch of WebSMS in a month 
(timestamp with month of last usage), and - when accidently having used the 
standard message app - can be manually decreased / altered.

My proposal:
== Settings - GSM SMS ===
  Current Status: [ 7] free SMS (negative: paid)
  [v] Reset to [ 100] every ([ 1] day of) month
  [v] when 0 switch to: [ConnectorName    ]

there is a predefined rule set to split sms count into websms and not websms.
