Write SMS to contact should open conversation screen #796

When you use SMSDroid as default SMS app on android and you choose to write an 
SMS using the message button in an android contact SMSDroid opens with a blank 
SMS input screen. It would be great if it would open the contacts conversation 
view instead (or as an option in the settings)

Tried it and it works like a charm, thanks! :) Only improvement I can imagine 
would be to automatically focus to the text input field so that the keyboard 
pops up. This would reduce additional tapping.

some time ago, it was like you said. but it annoyed quite a few users with tiny 
screens.
but i'll think of some smart solution. ;)

please try this build.
it should show the keyboard if opening the app with a target number.

I just tried it. Now the text input gets focused and I can see the cursor. 
Though I still have to open the keyboard by another tap into the input. But I 
feat that is as close as it can get. Great work, thanks!
