Polish WebSMS Connector - implementation #818

Hello,
it's not an issue, I just would like to ask you a question -
maybe someone would like to implement websms connector which will work with 
polish providers?

In Poland we already have 2 apps to send texts via Orange/T-mobile/Plus GSM:
- GateSMS https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jakubd.gatesms
- SMSoid https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=pl.smsoid

However, there is no websms connector and it's not possible to use such apps 
like websms or mysms.
