What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. no Balance status

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Balance:?

What version of the product are you using? "Last" is not appropriate. Make
sure you tell at least which app you are using. On what operating system?
Moto G Android v4.4.2
web sms v4.8
sms droid v1.6.1
betamax connector 1.4.2

Many providers turned off balance check, there's nothing I can do about it, see
