What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Upon installation, I cannot find the SIMBL folder in Libary>Application
Support
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The folder is missing

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
9.6 on Snow Leopard

Please run this in the Terminal:

ls -l "/Library/Application Support/SIMBL"

and attach the output.

Looks like the folder is there as expected.

Is it hidden? Because when I go to Library>Application Support, I don't have a
"SIMBL" folder. It's probably user error, but the folder simply isn't there.

Please specify full paths in your reports.

As demonstrated by the Terminal output, the path "/Library/Application 
Support/SIMBL" exists.

To see it in the Finder, click "Go to folder" in the menu and enter 
"/Library/Application Support/SIMBL"
