Ff 3.5 XPI fails signing verification #3

Using Ff 3.5.1 on Vista 32-bit, click download XPI button. Instead of 
installing successfully, installation fails with 

Firefox could not install the file at 

http://dl.google.com/optoutplugin/google-optout-plugin.xpi

because: Signing could not be verified.

The attachment doesn't work for the same reason, same error.

What are the details of the signing?  MD5, &c, is what I mean....  I have a lot 
of the 
insecure protocols disabled in my browser.
