Steve fixes #141

Current status: data does not flow through the pipeline. task_find_new_records runs and sends data to task_read_records. I believe it is task_read_records that generates the following error: ERROR 27923 [06/09/2017 19:56:11]: 'eb843cb0-86d7-499d-875b-5aa52654ed7d' failed: ValueError('dictionary update sequence element #0 has length 1; 2 is required',)
