fix for classic ingest followed by direct ingest #223

typically direct ingest occurs first. in this case, there is no problem. however, if classic ingests a bibcode and then direct ingets the same bibcode the bibcode can not be deleted. this changes preserves the database origin field so the bibcode can be deleted

also, in stubdata, changed pub strings from ArXiv to arxiv
