IUCr record does not output title #81

Title is not outputted in record: proj/ads/abstracts/data/IUCR/AllPubMedXML/d-75-00616.xml

Title is missing, but alt-title is provided. Upon investigation, this does not seem to be consistent among other IUCr records or book reviews. Need to add exception handling to parse <alt-title> when <title> is empty.
