Inspire - parser #52

Given an Inspire record identifier, retrieve record information for ingest into the ADS. Export in MARCXML seems to hold the most information (like keywords and associated keyword systems). Example: http://inspirehep.net/record/863300/export/xm

If references are available: http://inspirehep.net/record/863300/references If citations are available: http://inspirehep.net/record/863300/citations

Records cannot be linked to by DOI, but DOI can be used to find Inspire identifier (example: http://inspirehep.net/search?p=doi:10.1086/304059)

Remember that a lot of their conference proceedings explicitly leave out the astro papers (according to Kristen Sachs). Maybe discuss if they would consider changing that policy...

Inspire has an API now (the link to a MARC record above doesn't work anymore).
