Cache time consuming responses at ProxyView with redis #126

Explore the possibility of caching time consuming responses directly at ProxyView level using Redis.

Now that kubernetes affinity is setup to go always to the same solr and take advantage of its cache, maybe this is less of a requirement. Specially given how tricky it can be to get it right.
