Tests to address admin permissions, issue #10 #19

Epic test included to test the usage of admin permissions. The admin can manipulate other users, except the owner. The admin can also not modify the owner value of any other user.

View and webservice tests included.

New exception included when someone tries to modify values other than, 'read', 'write', and 'admin'.
