formaction for localhost #21

for 'send to bumblebee button, set formaction so it works on localhost and in a deployed environment. to work on localhost, does the url in the formaction have to include a hostname and the port (http://localhost:5000). when deployed on adsvm08, I think a partial url is sufficient (/classicSearchRedirect).
