Stop Limit order type #70

Can this be updated to include the Stop Limit order type?

Hi, @ivank2139 ,

It has been added to master but its not yet in latest release build. https://github.com/adshao/go-binance/blob/master/client.go#L42

If using go modules: go get github.com/adshao/go-binance@master
