I created network with 3 nodes in genesis. I started two nodes: 0001 ,0002. From account 0002-00000000-XXXXcreated new node. It received id 0004. After node creation transfer to 0004-00000000-XXXX account was made.
Node 0004 respond for block explorer functions, but was not able to send transaction to network. Error Reject transaction in readonly mode occured.
