Allow to generate keys in ads client #153

Now you have to user another manually compiled tool to generate key pairs. This functionality should be included in ads client. For exaample:

> ads --keytool Please enter your passphrase: *

Output:


secret: 0x..
public key: 0x..
confirm: 0x..
