"Can't open bank file" error for remotely created account #2

Account was created remotely successfully, but it's balance cannot be read. For both get_me and get_log function error "Can't open bank file" occurs.

Full log is available in file 20180604_1408_logs_cant_read_bank_file.

Error "Can't open bank file" occurred while trying to get user data from new node, using port of old node. Please, consider change error description.
