Insights metadata improvements #226

At the moment, the adName is not being returned by our backend.

Additionally, when adName exists, the insight's card title should be replaced by it and the publisher (which is the default card title at the moment) should be moved to the description. Also, the device should be visible either by text, or by icon like in the old web.
