Default JSON payloads to {} when JSON is selected #105

When creating a new action that doesn't require a payload, for example a get or an example, the UI is still expecting a {} in the payload or you can not add the action but the user doesn't get any information about the mandatory field

Can you please describe how you implemented this task? I can not find an explicit commit.
