Extend the demo configuration JSON with demoVersion

Currently we have version for the template that is managed by YAP, but we need to extend the JSON with a demoVersion and we can leave the template version unchanged as we haven't released this version of YAP yet or safely move to 1.0.3.

We may decide to postpone to a later sprint to enhance the YAP export with the version and the option to change it.

Discussed with Pablo, it will be important to update dCloud demos.

1) As agreed, we will update the version field

2) We need to enhance the export, showing a modal with the current version, with the option to change the demoVersion sting in the JSON file.

3) We need to update the current info

showing:

• Demo Version
• Template Version
• YAP Version

and remove the build
