Extend backend to support the execution of commands #173

YAP already support execution of command but they are pasted and executed in the interactive UI.

We need a new endpoint to wrap the execution of commands that should start and close a new SSH session for each group of commands summarised in command section.

User may be forced to add terminal lenght 0 or they will truncate the outcome because of the --More--
