Add Ansible as deployer #75

When discussing with the CPOC team about the usability of YAP in POC, the appreciated the usage an orchestrator like NSO to execute YAP Resconfs but they suggested that an alternative deployer may be useful to overcome demo concerns that to automate Cisco you must also procure and deploy NSO. Having a light wait backend to execute Ansible playbooks provide a lot of value also to stage the whole demo and we may wrap it in a POST call (sync and async to then poll for the result) to maintain the current demo flexibility and avoid hardcoding Ansible paybooks in the backend.
