The build script already grabs the latest vclib which currently
is built with and corresponds to vbcc-0.9f, but it grabs vbcc
itself from http://www.ibaug.de/vbcc/vbcc.tar.gz which is older
(it is basically vbcc-0.9e with one or two additional updates.)

A new vbcc-0.9f version is released at Frank Wille's site: http://sun.hasenbraten.de/vbcc/
