add balboa to project list

• add balboa to project list
• Please see also my request for two additional fields on the wiki page (https://github.com/adulau/pdns-qof/wiki/Additional-Fields)
• Those fields will help analyst to quickly interpret and filter (e.g. grep for year) results/timestamps when working with command line tools without converting every time_first/time_last timestamp at first.
