where known/discoverable, add a link on the request page (i.e., dc311rn.com/18-00223308) back to the twitter post or wherever it originated.
I realize this won't always be available, but could be useful when it is.

Since we don’t have a database to store this association, upon loading the service request page we could search Twitter for tweets from @311dcgov using that service request number, and then either embed that tweet, the tweet it replies to, or follow the thread upward to the topmost tweet.
