Artifacts when moving PatternSprite #302

Unfortunately when I move a PatternSprite I get a black bar above it as shown in the attached image. The PatternSprite in this image is wrapping horizontally, and is moving downwards

We see the same issue when moving them in any direction, but only on HTML5 and only on mobile browsers. Typically it shows up as white lines for us though.

For example: http://www.nick.com/games/data/nickjr/blaze_monster_machines/blaze-tool-duel/ Watch at the very bottom of the screen during the driving portions between the road and the sidewalk
